See, meat packers hold back the best, highest quality steaks for use in the finer restaurants (the choice and prime cuts of steak, tender and perfectly marbled).  They're NOT sold to grocery stores.  They get a bigger markup for them by selling to restaurants, and restaurants sell them to customers for $100 per steak or more!  (Go eat at a Ruth's Chris Steakhouse or a Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steak House or a Silver Fox Steakhouse and you'll see what I'm talking about.) 

Well, we found a producer of these cuts who will sell them to us--and ship them directly to you--at a huge discount.  They're NOT cheap cuts of meat, but they'll be the lowest price for these top quality cuts that you'll find on the internet, and maybe even at your butcher's shop.  We expect to have pricing in a few days.  They gave us "ballpark" delivered-to-your-door pricing, and it was way less than Allen Brothers.  (We compared the steaks side-by-side and found no difference in quality.  Phyllis likes ours better, but I think that's prejudice.... Don't tell her I said that, OK?)  But they asked us not to publish that figure until they fine-tuned the numbers.  We should have prices by the end of the week.  (The steaks arrive at "refrigerator temperature."  Try a couple and freeze the rest.)
