Our Being Cheated Now Affects YOU

We've been having a problem of late that has cost us over $4,500.  People have placed large dehydrated foods orders, the
orders have shipped to them, and--when they receive them--they claim they've tried to notify us that
they canceled the order.

We put our contact info at the bottom of almost EVERY page on our website.  We're not that hard to reach
... and these people are just plain lying.  We can't stay in business if these practices continue.  So,
their dishonesty now may affect YOU.

Effective immediately, if you ordered a year or a month unit worth over $500, or if you placed a
dehydrated foods order over $500 you MUST download, print out, sign and mail (via US Mail) our "BINDING
AGREEMENT" to us.  Your card will be charged now, and we will issue you a refund only if--for any
reason--the cannery does not ship your order to you.  You may wait 12 weeks or longer to get a
dehydrated foods order, and, if this is not acceptable to you, please cancel your order now.  (Operators
are standing by....)  THIS APPLIES ONLY TO DROPSHIPPED DEHYDRATED FOOD ORDERS.

You will be charged a 10% cancellation fee if your order has been in at the
cannery for 2 weeks or longer.

IF YOU CANCEL AN ORDER, THAT DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT IT WON'T BE SHIPPED
BY THE CANNERY ANYWAY.  Mistakes can happen.  You will be responsible for the cost of
shipping the products to you and back to the cannery.  (It's best just to wait patiently for your order
and not cancel.  You will get the dehydrated foods eventually.)

When/if you mail us the BINDING AGREEMENT, either send it Return Receipt Requested, so you know we got
it, OR include your email address and WATCH FOR EMAIL NOTIFICATION that we got it.  WE WILL NOT ACCEPT
ANY CLAIMS THAT "I MAILED IT BUT YOU DIDN'T GET IT".  It is your responsibility to verify that we got it.

We HATE having to be so tough on this, but a few thieves and liars have caused this. We WANT to stay in
business.  We hope you want us to, too.


Feds ARE Buying Up Storable Foods

We got a confirmation yesterday about the feds buying up storable foods.  One of our customer's brother
works for FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) and he told him that, indeed, the feds ARE buying
up storable foods.  (They've directed suppliers to keep it on the QT.)
